If you have already contacted customer service in an attempt to resolve your concerns and have reason to believe Eagle Valley Ventures is in violation of any applicable Tribal or Federal law under this Agreement, please contact the Tribe’s Regulatory Authority at . Please provide your name, mailing address, day or evening phone number, email address and a brief description of the complaint, including any supporting documentation, and a statement of the relief sought and the TCFSRA will get back to you. Your opportunity to be heard, if granted, shall take place no less than ten (10) days and no more than sixty (60) days after the Authority receives your written request. In the event you appear before the Authority regarding your complaint, the Authority shall issue a written decision within thirty (30) days, a copy of which will be sent to your last known mailing address.
